Ingredients
- 1 kg pulled chicken, cut into squares
- 3 colorful bell peppers, diced
- 1 tsp chopped celery
- 1/2 cup sliced baby corn
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 tbsp Abido Chinese Spice
- 1/2 cup water for cooking
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 500 grams long-grain rice
Preparation method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients the day before and refrigerate overnight, excluding the rice.
Step 2
On the following day, combine all the ingredients and add 1/2 cup of water. Cook on the stove until fully cooked. Meanwhile, prepare the rice using the usual method, and it should be plain without any additions.
