Ingredients

    • 1 kg pulled chicken, cut into squares
    • 3 colorful bell peppers, diced
    • 1 tsp chopped celery
    • 1/2 cup sliced baby corn
    • 1/4 cup white vinegar
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1 can pineapple chunks with juice
    • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
    • 1 tbsp Abido Chinese Spice
    • 1/2 cup water for cooking
    • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 500 grams long-grain rice

Preparation method

    Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients the day before and refrigerate overnight, excluding the rice.

    Step 2
    On the following day, combine all the ingredients and add 1/2 cup of water. Cook on the stove until fully cooked. Meanwhile, prepare the rice using the usual method, and it should be plain without any additions.
