Ingredients

    • 1 kg pulled chicken breast, cut into fingers
    • 200 grams Abido Crispy Mix
    • 20 grams Abido Broasted Marinade
    • 1/4 cup vinegar
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 cup flour
    • 2 beaten eggs

Preparation method

    Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients the day before and refrigerate overnight, excluding the crispy mix.

    Step 2
    On the following day, strain the chicken pieces, coat them with flour, then with beaten eggs, and finally with Abido Crispy Mix. Fry in medium-hot oil for 4 or 5 minutes until they become golden brown. Serve with lettuce salad and french fries or mayonnaise salad.
