• Chicken weighing approximately (1.2 Kg), cut into 8 pieces as desired
    • 300 grams of flour
    • 50 grams of Abido Broasted spice
    • 2 beaten eggs

    Note: Salt can be omitted due to its presence in the Broasted spice.

Preparation method

    Step 1
    Boil the chicken pieces halfway, then drain them completely and let them dry. Season with salt to taste.

    Step 2
    In the meantime, mix the flour with Abido Broasted spice. Begin coating the chicken pieces by first dipping them in beaten eggs, then in the seasoned flour. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with french fries, garlic, and pickles.
