Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken fillet, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp Mexicana spice mix
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup small squares of green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup small squares of red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- Salt to taste
Preparation method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and let them marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
Step 2
Put the ingredients in a pot on the stove with a little oil and stir until fully cooked.
Step 3
Serve either in plates with french fries, mayonnaise salad, lettuce, and corn, or in sandwiches with cheese after heating them in the microwave.
